“Secret Sign” Contest Rules

1. General provisions

The organizer of the contest is individual Ilya Igorevich Tovstogray (the “Organizer”, contact: foreign.tubers@gmail.com). The contest runs on giftdeck.xyz with the support of the partner — FunPay (the “Partner”), who provides the prize pool.

The contest is a free promotional activity, is not a lottery within the meaning of Federal Law No. 138-FZ of 11.11.2003 “On Lotteries”, and is not gambling: participation requires no fee, purchase, or other property contribution, neither on the Organizer's site nor with the Partner.

The winner is determined not by chance but by completing the task and by the order of completion. This is what distinguishes the contest from the Service's giveaways, which run under separate Giveaway & “Wheel” Rules.

2. Who may take part

• participation is free and voluntary;
• authorized users of the Service aged 18 or over may take part;
• one person takes part no more than once; using several accounts is prohibited;
• participation requires no purchases, subscriptions, or any action with the Partner.

3. How it runs

1. The participant finds a hidden award in the Service on their own. The way to obtain it is not published; during the contest the Organizer publishes hints.
2. The award holder receives a one-time code and a link to the contest page in their profile.
3. After entering the code the participant receives an individual task built from the Service's open data. Tasks of different participants do not coincide; nor do the answers.
4. The participant submits an answer. 6 attempts are allowed. The answer counts regardless of letter case and punctuation.
5. The first 10 participants to answer correctly become the winners. The position is fixed at the moment of the correct answer.

The answer computed when the task is issued is stored and never recalculated: later events in the Service cannot change the correct answer to an already-issued task.

4. Prize

The prize for each of the 10 winners is a FunPay promo code with a face value of 5,000 (five thousand) roubles. The prize pool is provided by the Partner and handed to the winners through the Organizer. No cash equivalent is paid and the prize is not substituted.

5. Queue

Participants who answer correctly after all 10 prize places are taken are recorded in the order of completion. If a winner declines the prize, does not respond within the period stated in clause 6, or is disqualified under clause 7, the right to the prize passes to the next participant in that order. Being in the queue does not by itself grant a right to a prize.

6. Receiving the prize

The winner is notified in the Service. The Organizer contacts the winner directly — in the Service or via the public contacts stated when the contest was announced; the participant does not need to seek the Organizer out. The Organizer may request confirmation that the participation conditions are met. If the winner cannot be reached within 14 calendar days of the notification, the right to the prize passes under clause 5.

7. Grounds for exclusion and disqualification

• use of several accounts by one person;
• automated answer guessing or creating excessive load on the Service;
• attempts to access other users' accounts or the Service's internal data;
• breach of the Terms of Use.

Sharing hints between participants is not a breach. Tasks and answers differ between participants, so sharing answers confers no advantage.

8. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the consent obtained. To hand over the prize the Organizer uses the participant's account data. Personal data is not transferred to the Partner, except for information necessary to hand over the prize and only with the winner's consent.

9. Taxes

The value of the prize exceeds 4,000 roubles. Under the law of the Russian Federation, income in the form of a prize in a promotional activity is taxable with personal income tax to the extent it exceeds 4,000 roubles per tax period. The calculation and payment procedure is governed by law; the Organizer informs the winner that such income arises when the prize is handed over.

10. Timing

Start: 3 August 2026. End: 16 August 2026 inclusive, or the moment all 10 prize places are taken, whichever comes first. Prize places are allocated as tasks are completed, not at the end of the period.

11. Miscellaneous

The Organizer may amend these Rules or end the contest by posting a notice in the Service. An award obtained during the contest stays with the participant regardless of whether they are among the winners. Questions: foreign.tubers@gmail.com.
