Consent to Sharing Personal Data

This consent is given separately from the consent to personal-data processing, in accordance with Art. 10.1 of 152-FZ, and applies only if the user themselves makes their profile visible to others (sets profile visibility to “by link” or “public”).
I give individual Ilya Igorevich Tovstogray (the Operator, contact: foreign.tubers@gmail.com) consent to share (make available to an unlimited or a defined circle of persons) the following of my personal data through the GIFTDECK Service.
1. Categories of shared data
- the display name (nickname) and avatar;
- “about you” information, genre preferences, wishlist (unless hidden by settings);
- a generalized region (without a precise address), badges and achievements;
- facts of public gifts and positions in public leaderboards.
Not shared: the precise country/address, technical security data, the content of private messages, and information about anonymous “Secret Santa” pairs (the gifter's identity is not disclosed to the recipient).
2. Conditions and restrictions
Sharing is carried out only within the Service's interface, to the extent chosen by the user themselves in the visibility settings. The Operator sets no prohibitions or conditions on the further transfer of the shared data by other persons, other than those provided by law.
3. Validity period and withdrawal
Consent is valid from the moment public profile visibility is enabled until it is withdrawn. You can withdraw consent at any time by changing your profile visibility to “private” under “Profile” or by sending a request to foreign.tubers@gmail.com. After withdrawal, the Operator ceases sharing the relevant data.
