Consent to Personal-Data Processing

Hereby I, a user of the giftdeck.xyz website, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to individual Ilya Igorevich Tovstogray (the “Operator”, contact: foreign.tubers@gmail.com) to process my personal data on the terms set out below and in the Privacy Policy.

1. List of personal data

• the account username on the Service (the password is processed only as a cryptographic hash; email and phone are not used);
• the Steam identifier (SteamID), display name, profile address, and avatar (when Steam is linked);
• the country and registration date stated in the Steam account; if the library is public — information about games;
• the GIFTDECK profile data I provide (about me, region, budget, preferences, wishlist, participation settings);
• data generated through use of the Service (applications, pairs, gift history, giveaways, messages, notifications);
• technical data processed solely for password brute-force protection (IP address — temporarily, without storing it in the database).

2. Purposes of processing

Authorization and provision of access to the Service; matching pairs for game exchange and running events; organizing gifts, giveaways, and leaderboards; messaging and moderation; ensuring security and informing via notifications.

3. List of actions and methods of processing

Consent is given for the following actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating (renewal, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (in the cases described in the Policy), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction. Processing is carried out both with and without automation.

4. Validity period and procedure for withdrawing consent

Consent is valid from the moment it is given until it is withdrawn. I may withdraw consent at any time by sending a request to foreign.tubers@gmail.com or by deleting my account under “Profile”. Withdrawing consent entails ceasing processing and deleting (anonymizing) the personal data, unless the Operator retains other lawful grounds for processing it. Withdrawing consent makes further use of the Service impossible.

5. Confirmation

I confirm that I have reached 18 years of age, that consent is given by me freely and knowingly, that I have read the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use, and that the data I have provided is accurate.
