If something goes wrong
If your Santa vanishesAfter the gifting period ends there are a few days for a replacement. Anyone who sent their own gift but received nothing is assigned a rescue Santa. Anyone who did not send gets none: rescuers are scarce, and they go to those who kept their side of the deal.
